We did not receive any updates from the time the truck was dropped off until the time it was ready for pick up. There was no communication with us pertaining when work started or when the work would be completed. The only way we knew what was going on is when we called about a week and a half later to find out what was going on with the truck. The only notifications that we received was when the truck was ready.
