From the beginning I made it clear that my truck felt that it was not aligned properly and it was pulling to the side. I did not receive any information about how my car was aligned beforehand and only showed that it was not aligned as it should be. I paid for this work, my insurance pays for it but I pay for the insurance. My main concern was the alignment of the truck after the accident and I made it clear from the beginning. But my paperwork I received says that the truck is not aligned still and that there is nothing else that can be done. I came here to get it fixed but I would have preferred to have taken it to just any auto shop. But no I came here with full confidence that I could have my truck fixed. I will not be recommending this place to anyone
