My battery was dead when I tried to depart the repair shop. I was given a jump and when I turned the vehicle off, it again failed to start. I needed 2 jumps before being able to depart. I have never, ever, needed a jump prior to today. Battery had no issues whatsoever. Lastly, this is NOT my number, this is my sister's number, who resides in Chicago. I have addressed this phone issue several times and it still continues. Respectfully, Laura
