The front office was helpful and organized, but the gentleman who helped me was not. Not only did they not do a complete inspection or our car so the repairs could all be done, but when I brought it back to finish the job, they held into the car for ten days without looking at it. Only when I called to check on the repairs did they start to look at it. They then told me they couldn’t fix the damage and to take it to a dealership. All in all they have wasted weeks of our time cost us hundreds of dollars in rentals. It all could’ve been avoided had they done their job properly to begin with.
