I’ve used Fritts Ford body shop several times and have always been satisfied with the service I received. I brought the car in last Tuesday, work was to be completed by Friday but a faulty new bumper caused an extension until today, tues at closing time. My only complaint was an extra 4 days cost of rental car use., which at that point, was unavoidable. Joey Toth has always taken extra good care of my family and me, who have all used your services. Rating would be a 10, but because of a faulty part that had to be reordered made me have to pay an extra 4 days on my rental car. I’ve used this shop several times through the years and have been totally satisfied. Family members have also used this shop with complete satisfaction.
