The staff was very friendly and overall very response. The problems were the car was not done when originally projected and then some of the work (recalibrate the camera sensors) was not done. The rest of the work was done well and clean. Staff apologized about the cameras and plans are in place to fix it.

Car looks great. I have a few things to pass along. We were told 1 week and it took 3 weeks. The car was dropped off early on Friday for a Monday morning appointment. I was called on the next Tuesday afternoon inquiring if we were still bringing the car over. Obviously the right person wasn’t told the car was already there. I understand delays happen, either by acquiring parts, insurance approval etc, but I had to call for updates. If I was told 3 weeks to start with than I would have planned on that. But 1 week turned into 2 weeks which turned into 3 weeks. Minor issues but worth passing along.

Fix Auto in Riverton does great work! They have repaired my car twice and each time the work has been impeccable. Jeremiah kept me updated each day on the progress of the work and when it would be completed. All the staff are very professional and friendly. My first experience with them was so good and the reason I took my car back the second time. Great Work!!
