The repairs look great and well done, they got it done in a timely manner and had it done by the date they estimated. My only wish is that I would have known my car would be sitting outside without doors, I would have taken some more items out of it, and when I received the car after it was finished the cleaning job wasn’t great, still lots of dust and leaves in it.

Great, but wish I would've gotten calls and updates. Just that I was continously told this week, actually next week, nevermind, next week. And I had to call maybe total of 7 times to get an update, not the other way around. Just better communication and expectations would've been better. But other than that, the car looks great.

I appreciated the text updates, and sticking to the original estimated amount. Your work was quality! One suggestion; I made arrangements for my car to be picked up at the time I was given-4PM Fri 2 May. 30 minutes before pickup I called to confirm and was told it wouldn’t be ready for another three days! I was very surprised and wished I had been notified of the delay hours earlier. Everything else was very acceptable. Colleen Allen

I appreciated their honest estimate and sticking to it with the final price. I also appreciate their quality of work and attention to detail. The only concern I had was the day of pick up, which was scheduled for Friday, May 2 at 4 PM. Being out of town I made arrangements for my son to pick up my vehicle. 20 minutes before I called to confirm pick up and was told it would be another three days! I was surprised, disappointed and inconvenienced. I wished I had been given more notice. Your work, however, is quality and I will happily recommend and return.
