Adam and others on the team that I communicated with were professional and friendly. Whenever an issue arose (such as the team being sent faulty parts from the manufacturer), they communicated the problem immediately along with any adjustments to timelines so I could plan around being without my vehicle. I had one small issue after I picked up my car and the fixed it immediately with the same friendliness and professionalism. I would definitely choose to work with them again. These guys were awesome. My car looked good. My insurance company was horrible on this whole thing and the guys at fix it auto put up with me and put up with my insurance company and got my car fixed 100%.
