I did bring up in my original paint job a few years ago the inside interior/roof was not put back on right. I asked if they can look at it. I do not think it was mentioned to the tech.

I like the service and the shop. I just have a very keen eye for color and I'm pretty picky when it comes to my truck.

I'm happy with the customer service and they did go the extra mile getting the right parts despite the insurance company making it difficult. The only reason I can't give a 10 is the color they painted my bumper doesn't quite match the front one or the trim. It's slightly off. They said they'd repaint it, when I went back to pick it up it was the same color as before. I couldn't tell if they even repainted it but they said they did. But I didn't want to send it back for a third time just to get the same paint so I took it home. They said they "Laser matched the paint" I gotta say that laser doesn't work as good as the human eye. Am I happy? I'm happy to have my truck back. I'm happy with the new tailgate and the back up cam working again. But I wish the color matched better. Most don't notice till I point it out, I'd like it to be the same color but I don't trust their color matching for a third time.
