This shop is always busy when we drive by to do that ís why I stopped ín for an estimate. I had used another shop that let me down recently. FIX will be the company I use and recommend to family and friends from now on .

This shop did an amazing job buffing out major scratches on a 2019 SUV we purchased ( from an online company that promised they buff before they ship- lack of quality control). The SUV looked brand new after FIX was done with it, sparkled like huge diamond. We could not be more happy - thanks to FIX!!!

The customer service was excellent and helpful. However no one in your store was wearing masks. Even after the governor’s statewide mask mandate, only the woman at the front desk was wearing and mask and everyone else that walked by was not. It made me extremely uncomfortable.

THEY HAD OUR CAR IN THERE FOR 2 WEEKS FOR A SMALL JOB. THEY HAD NO PAINTER FOR THE FIRST WEEK AND THE SECOND WEEK THE GARAGE DOOR WAS BROKEN SO THEY COULDN'T GET TO OUR CAR OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT. THE WORK WAS OK BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NOT AT ALL GOOD. WE HAVE TAKEN OUT CAR THERE TWICE BEFORE AND I WILL NOT TAKE IT BACK AGAIN. THEY HAVE GONE DOWNHILL SINCE BEFORE. ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WE DID NOT GET THIS ON LAST VISIT.
