The repair was done well. But they called for me to start the repair before they inspected the parts (rear bumper of a Prius) they received. After I dropped off, they discovered it was cracked and they had to order anew. Not their fault it was broken, but it meant I had to be without my car and paying for a rental while they spent several days looking for another one.

Everyone at Fix were polite, told me everything that needed to be done to my car. They kept me updated when my car would be done.
