From the moment I drove onto the lot and walked into the office the vibe of this place made me feel like my car was in good hands. Roger was great at handling my insurance claim and the way they fixed the puncture holes in my bumper made it look brand new. I would definitely go back here if I needed more body work.

Over the years, I’ve been to many car repair shops on my own, as well as with my husband and with my sons. However, I must admit that this was the first repair shop that I’ve ever been to that was clean and as welcoming as Fix Auto. Luis Moya, my estimator, handled my car from start to finish. In today’s times, it’s very rare to run across a professional who exhibits empathy, kindness, and understanding. Surprisingly though, Luis Moya did just that. My car was stolen and recovered, and needless to say, I was still upset! Under the circumstances, Mr. Moya showed me concern by walking me through the process of what needed to be done to “fix” my car. I’d like to shout out that Fix Auto did just that! Now, my car is as nice as it was when I first bought it! Thx Fix Auto!
