I was extremely pleased with Fix Auto, San Rafael. They were very friendly, straightforward and honest. They kept me informed through the process with texts and phone calls. The work was done perfectly and completed earlier than the estimate. They took care of all the paperwork with the insurance company. I have had three cars (kids and mine) repaired through Fix Auto, San Rafael and feel that they are extremely competent, trustworthy and go out of their way to provide great customer service. Julie and the rest of the office staff were top notch. What I thought would be a very stressful experience filled with paperwork and hassles turned out to be a simple matter of dropping my car off and picking it up repaired. I am so grateful for such excellent customer service.
