All my girlfriends friendstake my advise when purchasing new cars. In our little group, we have 11 of the same make and model cars, though they are different colors. They are all happy with the recommendations. Fix Auto is now in that catagory, should they ever have the need.

I spent over 40 years in the auto repair business. First as a mechanic, then Service Advisor, Service Manager and finally shop owner. I can tell anyone who'll listen how difficult it is to get repair and or refinishing completely right the first time. However, they have mastered the technique. My car came out as promised, on time and, this is the really shocking part, under their original budget. You can't even tell it was severely injured, no matter how closely you check. The paint matches perfectly and there are no wide gaps in the body panel fitment, which is usually a dead give-away in poorly done repairs.

The other thing I've got to comment on is their customer connectiity. It is the best I have encountered on the receiving end of the repair process. They call to give progress reports along the way. I know it can't happen every time, but for me 2 out of 3 of the progress reports were good news. The one that wasn't was a time reset back to what it had been initially, so not too bad.
