On Wednesday 9/10/25 I got a call that our car was ready to be picked up , I called my wife so she could get off early from her job to ride with me , so I can drive my car back home. As I got into my car Arlet let me know that the left speaker has to be installed and you have to come back on Friday . She said she will be calling me on Friday 9/12 since I did not hear from her , I called in but she said I will check to see if the part is hear and I called you right back , which I did not hear from her as of now 6 PM on Friday. The other big issue , the right front fender was installed , but it is dissatached to left front panel , I know that it was already separated but not they way I got my car back from your shop it is totally disattached , I think you we deserved an explanation why you could have returned it to us at least they way it was . I think Arlet is a nice person but the repair of our car not satisfactory . Thank you for your time .

I recently came back within a month due to another accident. The staff was very friendly and remember me from last time. I came in to drop my car off on a Tuesday and was quoted to be done by the following Monday. My car was done by that Friday. It was quick and I was very surprise because they had to order a whole bumper. To be able to order and install within 4 days I was very impressed with the service.

Just picked up my car from Fix Auto and I’m genuinely impressed. The repairs were done with care and attention to detail — the paint matches perfectly. What really stood out, though, was the communication. Kristin kept me updated throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and there were no surprises when it came to timing. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional, but also just easy to talk to — you don’t always get that. You can tell these guys take pride in their work. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my car back here if needed (hopefully I won’t have to), and I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone who wants quality work done right.
