Customer service was top notch. She was so helpful and answered all my questions. I was informed via text about the status of the repairs to my truck everyday. It was even completed 2 days before I was supposed to pick it up. The craftsmanship of the work done to my truck was perfect. It looked like it just came off the production line at Dodge. I really hope not to have my truck backed into but if it does”knock on wood” this is the only place that I trust to repair my truck. Kudos to everyone at this business. I WILL recommend anyone that needs repairs done to go to Fix Auto in Silverdale. Thanks again!!

Everyone was so kind, accommodating, and they had great communication. I am a mom of two boys and so naturally my car floors had crumbs all over etc - I picked my car up and they had cleaned my whole interior! I truly had a wonderful experience, they went above and beyond!
