Jesse went above and beyond my expectations to make my experience so easy and stress free. When my car ended up needed more time in the shop than the original estimate (which I was already prepared for because he had already told me it would likely take longer if they found internal damage), Jesse not only kept me informed, but handled everything with the insurance company and rental company so I didn't have to worry about making any additional phone calls or arrangements. Then when my car was ready for pickup, he also handled returning my rental so again, another step I didn't have to worry about at all. Absolutely satisfied with the customer service I received, exceeded all expectations! Sonya at the front desk was also very friendly and helpful, as well as quick to contact me to get my car in for the insurance estimate and repairs.
