Jesse is excellent! He was patient and also knowledgeable regarding insurance procedures. He went above and beyond all expectations. SBA deserves max stars on yelp. In addition, Its nice that the the atmosphere is cleaner than a drs office. The secretary should also be acknowledged. Out of the 4 other estimates I received, it is clear SBA was the best choice.

Car looks new. Jesse did a good job letting me know what the process is to get the car fixed. I was impressed on how thorough the steps were to ensure the other electrical components were checked as part of the whole system and not just focusing on the trunk area where the damage is visible. I have a convertible so he made sure that the replacement did not interfere with the retraction of the roof. Having the warranty on their work also makes me feel good that I can go back if I discover a problem later.
