Great advice regarding insurance company shenanigans -much appreciated. Also appreciated Bill taking the initiative to estimate the damage formally. I wish that you could have offered more of a break on my out-of-pocket storage fees. $2k $35/day) seems like a lot to pay to store a tiny car.
