My satisfaction with FixAuto, DFR Estimator Hayden Kuhnhausen is exemplary. His contributions will help complete my truck repair. The lack in response however has to be going forward with completion. This survey is assuming, since work has yet to actually define.

You all were professional, friendly and to the point, which I love. A big factor for me was price, and you were very reasonable about that. I appreciate it greatly, as our living and financial situation is fairly tight at the moment. I can't think of one complaint to tell you. Rather, I'd like to express my gratitude. It was an awesome experience. Staff was kind and helpful. They kept me in the loop the whole time. The mechanics did excellent work. And the price point was exactly where I needed to be. Moneys tight, so this was less painful than if I had went to Kendall. In the future I will be bringing my car back to FixAuto for any repairs I may need. At first when I dropped off my car it was estimated a week out before it was completed, then I got notified after only 2 business days that it was done. I was so unexpectedly surprised that it was done so fast. It also seems like they definitely take the time to get know the customer to their car, which was super nice & easier to talk to them about my vehicle.
