When i first dropped my car off, yall said it would be 7-10 days. You had my car for over 3 weeks. Yall didn't consistently communicate with me the entire time. Then it seemed like a hassle when I reached out to you. Then when I finally got my car back one of my sentimental trinkets was broken off and another was completely missing. When I reached out about that no one responded. I'm definitely not bringing my car back if that's how yall operate and treat your customers.
