Have to live with repairs for a while to know for sure, but got great service and support from Guy and his staff. They kept us informed every step of the part search and worked well with the insurance adjuster. Car came home sooner than I expected. Looks great

I was beyond satisfied with my experience at Fix Auto. Not only were they promot, kept me in the loop with everything but they even went above and beyond to detail the inside of my car. The staff was very nice and even fed the fish so my son could see. Thank you so much for the great service!

Great business! I highly recommend them to anybody. When I picked the car up it was perfect and the interior was also cleaned. Hasn't been that clean since it was new!

It may sound as if i am exaggerating, but dealing with Guy at your Fix Auto location in Springfield was not only one of the most pleasurable experiences I've had dealing with an auto-body shop; but one of the best I've had in a customer service setting in general. He helped make an already frustrating situation simple, straightforward, and dare i say enjoyable, and for that i am absurdly appreciative. In the unfortunate scenario i am in need of collision repair again, i would not hesitate to return, and i plan on imploring anyone i know to do the same. --Kevin Samuelson
