How can anyone recommend a shop that does not do what was asked for and agreed on and then not done or even memtion

What was done is so far good, but there were two other areas that I thought were agreed on to be done were not done and when I picked up my car a day earlier than agreed on, I was not even informed that the work had not been done.

What was done is okay so far. It is the two other minor problems that were supposed to be done that were not even attempted that are the problem! I was not told about this when I picked up the car a full day earlier than promised. I should have known.
