I was thoroughly impressed with my repair experience from start to finish. Consuelo contacted me within an hour of my filing a claim with my insurance company to schedule an appointment to bring in my car and arrange for a rental. Overall, her professionalism and communication throughout the process were phenomenal and provided me with a great level of confidence that my car was going to be well taken care of. The staff was excellent! Consuelo, who I dealt with the most, was super attentive and was able to answer all of my questions. Being able to get everything done in one place is awesome! The only thing that was off, was the automated system I believe. I got a message from the system saying my car wasn't going to be done for another 2 weeks. But then got an update from Consuelo essentially correcting the previous incorrect message. So that was nice. Not sure how or why the system sent wrong info.
