It would have been 10, but I was a little bothered because after I called a few times, I was told I was going to get called back shortly and that didn't happen. I would call after or next day and they said same thing. But other than that everything else was fine.

There was still a huge scratch on the trunk which they buffed out upon request. Once we drive the car home we noticed it’s still making the loud noise that we brought it in for.
