When I was first contacted to pick up my vehicle not all of the repairs had been completed. After 2 more days I picked up my vehicle. Repairs were complete and looked good, however, the cargo area of my SUV was dirty and there were even some 'parts' laying there.

I made a list of items to be addressed... which they were with the exception of the coin holder in the glove box and the discovery of a dent in the drivers side rear bumper- I conveyed these concerns and the representative validated and took measure to correct these concerns
