From the time I initially called to schedule the repair, to the time the vehicle was finished, Consuelo was attentive, responsive, pleasant and professional. She kept me updated every step of the way.. and coordination with insurance was seamless. All my past experiences with body shops have been average to terrible. Until Consuelo, Never thought level of service and communication could be possible from a body shop. While I don’t wish to have another accident, if it happens again. I know where I’m going!
