From the time I phoned for an appointment Jennifer was warm and kind and explained what would happen. When I dropped off they were nice and professional. Kept me notified during the whole process of the repair. Pickup was easy and everything they did was explained and asked if I was satisfied with the repair.. Fix Auto Tempe was such a pleasure to work with. I cannot say enough good things about the experience. They were kind, transparent, communicative, and completed repairs sooner than anticipated (even over a holiday week). Andy was my main point of contact - he was incredibly professional and kept me informed throughout the process. My car looked better than new when it was returned to me, and they even took the time to thoroughly clean it inside and out. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.
