Any Service Center that lets the customer pay $600 for a breakdown, but is unable to actually fix the car should never be recommended

Customer Service was nice, but I’m still very confused why Fix Auto would agree to break down my car if they didn’t have the tools to fix the issues they found. I had to tow my car elsewhere to be fixed
