The Tesla approved shop misdiagnosed the suspension issue which the Tesla service center resolved after the repairs were completed.

See previous comments.FixAuto being an approved shop, should have experience with the suspension issue I had. The Tesla service center knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it within hours.
