Fix Auto knew exactly what to do to handle the damage to my Lexus as well as how to correctly process the insurance claim. They explained how the process was going to go and everything happened according to what was explained.

I was really impressed with the service provided. From getting a quote to returning to pick up my vehicle everything was handled very smoothly. The updated text to notify you of when your car will be ready was really nice to have. The bodywork was great along with the customer service by the staff. Could not picture a better experience! Everyone at Fix Auto was very professional. I received text messages about the progress of the repair, my calls were answered promptly. When I picked up my car, Abel walked through the repairs with me and answered all my questions. The staff all signed a Thank You card which was an extra nice touch.
