Fix it Auto has taken care of Tesla Model Y tail gate replacement. When i tried to contact Tesla , I was given the date way in March and Jennifer from Fix it brought me in Feb and fixed it in few weeks . I would give them 5/5 for customer service. They are authorized tesla repair and if you ever need them , they are a phone call away
