I give it a 7 due to the paint match Everything else was perfect. The customer service is excellent, everyone was kind. always kept me up to date with the process. The duration of my repair is understandable. For the paint, the rear body panel that was painted is a shade lighter than the original car paint. I still appreciate the fact that they attempted to match it.

The experience was excellent. I knew going in there would be supply delays with Tesla, but Jennifer and team were always in communication, setting accurately timelines. The end result was only a couple weeks in the shop and a mint condition result. She even called out my clear bra and had that replaced as well. I never waited in the waiting room for more than 30 seconds before they were chatting with me and had me out the door. I would highly recommend Jennifer and Fix Auto Tempe for any Tesla repairs. Five Stars.

1000% recommend. Jennifer was amazing, lightening fast communication and really set realistic timelines and expectations. Everyone in the office was really friendly. As for the repairs, even with the slow supply and needing additional parts, the car was in the shop for half the time I anticipated. The repairs were perfect and my car is like new.

The paint is pretty nice, I noticed some blemishes but it’ll be fixed at a future appointment. Overall, the communication was too notch with Abel and the whole team is so nice to get me back my car and have me as a happy customer.
