The moment we walked into the office to get an estimate, the front desk receptionist was courteous and friendly. Our estimator, Tyler, was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! He was transparent, upfront and honest about what problems could arise and also found solutions. We discussed with Tyler what we wanted and he explained thoroughly our options and possible outcomes. He communicated every step of the process and kept us updated every single day. The day we went to pick up our truck, we were extremely happy with the results! Our truck looked awesome! The team at Fix Auto-Tempe did a fantastic job!

The Fix Auto team did a wonderful job with my car. They were communicative, helpful and friendly. The only thing that I can say that worried me was that they didn't plug in my car and it got down to 4% charge. But as soon as I called them and made them aware, they pluged the car in and it was fine after that.
