Shop was unable to negotiate full payment from my insurance company, leaving me to settle out of pocket. It was not communicated to me that the vendor PPF/ceramic reapplication would incur a $250 up-charge. I am extremely dissatisfied that I paid $250 to have someone else drive my car to another shop

Actual repair quality was excellent, but there was leftover damage from the repair process under the hood that was not able to be corrected. Also, the PPF reapplication (by the selected vendor) was of lesser quality than original/expected

Repair was excellent. However, a OEM led light on the front bumper was not plugged back into the appropriate socket and left hanging behind the bumper with yellow tape. I was able to plug it back in at the appropriate location. Just a heads up for future repairs to double check reinstallation parts/process off what came of vs. what goes back on.
