Tyler was GREAT! He met me and did the initial estimate, he took and answered all my questions and explained the plan for mixing our Subi. The shop stayed in communication throughout the process, notifying me of status and an actual early completion of the work. When I picked up the car, and Tyler walked me around, the first thing I noticed was that the entire outside of the car was detailed. It made it very easy to see that the paint work was flawless, making it impossible to see where any work had been done; the inside was cleaned as well. I can not say enough good things about this shop and the work it did.

Good: repair quality seems to be good. There is still some tape marks on the roof of the vehicle that they said they removed twice and was a plastic part that was rolling around on the driver’s side floor when I picked up the vehicle. Bad: although the shop had to deal with two parts coming in damaged, which is out of their control, they could have started repairs on the roof and windshield in advance while waiting for the bumper. Instead, they waited, then the technician cut the wiring harness, but didn’t realize it sending the car to Rivian for diagnostics because they couldn’t calibrate it. Then the shop squabbled with Nationwide about who was going to pay for the repair to the damage the shop caused.
