Andy was amazing from start to finish. He was fast to respond with quote and patiently went over it on the phone with me. When we had to revise the scope of the work he was also prompt to revise the quote. The final work was as good as promised. They also were able to finish earlier than initially forecasted, so we were able to get it before the weekend. He also made sure to be at the office to meet us for the handover. Overall it was a pleasant experience and would recommend this collision repair shop for Rivian cars.
