The process was super quick. My vehicle had front end damage. The next day, they told me how much it would cost to fix and provided the cost breakdown. I texted them (my communication preference) a week later for an update and the parts have not arrived yet. But 2 days later, my car was ready for pick up. I guess the parts came and they did the work super fast. I got my car back in 1.5 weeks. The car looks good. The staff were friendly and laughed at my lame jokes (I appreciate them for humoring me). I honestly would go back. And I honestly would call and ask if they do other work that is not collision related.

I had an amazing experience with Fix Auto! They did a fantastic job repairing my car and got everything done much faster than I expected. The entire team was so friendly, professional, and helpful from start to finish. They answered every question I had and made the whole process stress-free. I especially loved how they helped coordinate my rental car situation and work directly with Enterprise in case that I didn’t have a ride to enterprise the coordinate with someone to come pick you up. Excellent customer service, great communication, and high-quality work — I highly recommend Fix Auto to anyone needing repairs!

Chris and the team at FixAuto, Temple City, did a terrific job! They finished the work several days earlier than estimated, and a very diligent technician spotted some missing bolts from a previous repair at another shop. They installed new bolts at no charge, and now my car not only looks brand new, but is much quieter! They provided super service and I would recommend them to anyone who asks.

Fix Auto did a great job with my recent repair. Finished several days early and replaced a few bolts a previous body shop had failed to reinstall. Now the car looks brand new and is much quieter driving!
