Communication was great and the team went above and beyond. My car was terrible on the inside and in need of a cleaning and they basically cleaned the inside of my car with some detailing included. My back seats had this stain from my kids spilling chocolate milk and that was removed, my mats were cleaned & the car was vacuumed & some areas were dusted as well. Adrian was the one who attended me for drop off and pick up and he was super friendly & informative. He always came out with a smile and that goes a long way for customer service, especially when you’re going in after getting into a collision (most people are upsets about that clearly). The service also didn’t take too long & I was able to get my rental there & leave it there for pick up as well. In terms of damage from the collision once again i feel like the team went above and beyond for me. It was a pleasure picking up my rav on my birthday without needing to take it for a wash & just looking brand new! Thank you again! Despite it being unfortunate being in a collision I’m glad your team was able to bring my car back together and then some.

I appreciated my experience with Fix Auto Tustin. Going in after an accident I was already stressed, and the team made it very manageable and simple. Adrian performed the work on my car, and not only was the work itself amazing, but his customer service and consistent updates took the weight off my shoulders throughout this whole process. 10/10

As previously stated once resolved I’d gladly change this to a 10/10 but for its current state I’d say 5/10

Overall I’d say the repair job was good but there seems to be a lack of quality control as the part they accepted for the rear quarter panel has a defect in it and the suggested solution once pointed out was charging my insurance more to fix it when it should have never been an accepted part in the first place if there was a defect. Additionally there is white paint transfer on an interior trim plastic piece and the cloth rear passenger seat also has paint on it likely from when they were disassembling the interior trim. And lastly there is interior trim pieces not fully clipped back into place and the representative Dustin was not able to clip it back in place once shown suggesting perhaps the clips were damaged during the installation. I am hopeful these issues will still be addressed and fixed in a timely manor which I would then gladly change my review to a 10/10 but in its current state I received the vehicle my current review would be 5/10

Following the same explanation from the previous page if all of the issues are resolved I’d gladly change this to a 10 but as of right now the vehicle was picked up in a not finished state and I’m hopeful Dustin will help resolve these issues
