Everyone in this office, very professional at all times very helpful and knowledgeable about everything from the Rent-A-Car to how long it's gonna take to get my car fixed and God bless déjà who I was communicating with very knowledgeable lady. And Raul, who was calling me letting me know that my car was ready for pick up got there was totally surprised that my car was washed. That was a nice incentive. I was not expecting that at all, but I would recommend anybody that needs repairs to go there and see them.

Would have liked to have been in the loop. When FIXIT dismantled the truck and found more damage to report and Gieco adjuster didn’t return calls to authorize repairs on new found damage my vehicle sat waiting for authorization. As I found out later adjuster was on vacation and didn’t leave anyone to handle his calls according to Raul.
