Some things are not working properly after the repair (and they worked fine before the repair). They just said there's nothing they can do because of this and that. With a total cost of repair more than $5,000 already, I think they should have put more effort to help customers with this kind of problem instead of just shifting the blames to the tire people or to the dealership. We ended up taking our car home with some things were not fixed properly. Quite disappointing. :(

Customer service is good (Andres, Brian and Liz are good). To my opinion, the problem is not with the customer service. The problem is with the owner and management. They should care about their clients more.

The one thing that bothered me is not knowing when my car would be ready, first I was told two or three days then a week later, next Wednesday or Thursday and Saturday came and went, perhaps if someone told me what trouble they were working on that was delaying the time when the car was ready. I had no idea there was so much wrong with the car, that took so long to fix.

Again, my review is that you need to improve on communication with giving updates to the customer ! Also my lanyard with keys went missing. They were in my car in the cup holder , when I picked up my car they were not there!! 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

Waited over a week to get 1 rear panel painted I was rushed to pick it up cause it was done. We arrived on the day that we needed to be there by and then I found out that not only was it not done but they painted the wrong panel. Then magically the correct panel would be done in 2 days. When I arrived the second time to pick it up the truck wouldn't turn on because they left my lights on over the weekend and then to top it off my tail lights on the correct panel weren't even working properly. I'm still waiting on them to let me know about when I can come in to get this fixed be ause they said they would order the bulbs. It's been 3 days and still no call or follow up. I think I'm just going to buy the lights myself even though I shouldn't have to. Definitely not recommending this place to anyone.

The whole process took a bit longer than expected due to the fact that we did not have a rental car. It feels that I was over promised a service and completion and it was not the case. The car was supposed to be ready July 23, they asked for more time. On the 24 I had to make arrangements from work and I had to have another driver change their schedule to help me go get the car. First when we got to the location the place was empty a gentleman informed me no one was there because everyone EVERYBODY goes to lunch at the same time. That seemed very unprofessional if you are running a business you make the schedule to have coverage. Because no one was there to deliver my car. The lunch hour was not posted or disclosed on the door. We had to wait over an hour and the car was still not ready. We had to go home to wait. The only good thing was the service Andres Paez provided. He was very apologetic and he went above and beyond by delivering my car.
