The guys were professional and exceptional with the final work on my car and everything from the start to the end was perfect. I liked how I was being notified on what stage my car was at while being worked. This was a great place and they did the work very quick!

I felt at ease when I stopped by there. Only visited two times – the first to drop off my car and the second to pick up said car – and the customer service there was great both times. They even set up a coffee station in the lobby. Wouldn't be surprised if they answered the phone before anybody could even dial the company number. I'm kidding but it's like that repair shop thinks of everything ahead of time. Didn't mention this in my google review but I noticed how the workers helped clean my car up a bit and I appreciate how thoughtful they were to go out of their way to do that for a customer like me so thank you.

Ahmad and staff were totally amazing. Car looked great at pick up with repairs completed so quick! I love that they could communicate with me throughout the whole project and through text! Made it very convenient and personal in between working. They are connected well with Enterprise which was great to drop off my rental and have a fast and free ride up to Fix Auto. My car was washed and smelled amazing at pick up too! They made everything just a super great experience. I would recommend them to everyone. So excited to have learned about this place and know they are trusted also by my insurance company made it even better. Thank you guys so much for all your help!

Staff was very pleasent and helpful. Answered all my question and most importantly kept me upto date with the status of my vehicle. I didnt have to call. Everyday I would recieve a text letting me know what is the status of my car. Very satisfied.
