Overall I’d have to give a 8 just because the buff they gave was horrible, scratches and marks everywhere that didn’t come off when I got it detailed now I have to go to someone to pay to get it buffed properly. Other than that it was great, customer service was excellent. Daniel was super helpful along this experience as it was my first time dropping it off at any body shop for work especially through an insurance. Everything looks good on the parts they did which were the bumper & muffler parts which all look intact and properly assembled. Other than that the buff it was excellent.
