It all started when I made the call to Stephanie. She was confident, calm, and knowledgeable. She made me feel at ease and was so personable. She walked me through the process and how the rental car would work and answered all of my questions in a snap. Patrick was great as well, communicated to me what stage of the repair we were in and was right on the money with the date of completion. My car looks great except there is a piece that doesn’t sit flush above the wheel, and somehow the programming changed so when I lock it my mirrors no longer close in. But overall excellent work and excellent staff. Thank you!
