I am very dissatisfied. The agent asked me to tell him where I knew damage had occurred which was on the left bumper. But I had whiplash to some extent and forgot about a small trunk dent and scratch which my wife clearly remembered from before the crash. When I called Alex back he told me I had not mentioned that area which was clearly part of the accident. He claims you would not allow that area to be considered. I would like that re-considered.
