"I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Caliber Collision, especially the outstanding service provided by Brad! From start to finish, I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism, communication, and customer care. Brad went above and beyond to keep me consistently informed throughout the entire repair process. I never had to wonder about the status of my vehicle, which made the entire experience completely stress-free. To top it all off, my vehicle was ready a full day earlier than originally estimated! It’s refreshing to experience this level of customer service, especially during a situation that can already be stressful. Caliber and Brad truly set the standard for professionalism and exceptional customer care. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and would highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing vehicle repairs. Thank you for making"

"I am a senior citizen who has never had an accident in the 57 years that I have been driving. So I was quite overwhelmed by the process. Your office staff was very thorough and understanding , and the work was done and an exceptional level and in a very timely manner. I particularly want to commend Mandy for her personal concern for the work that was being done on my car, but also concern for me. She made the experience as pain-free as possible but also as reassuring and pleasant. I hope not to need the services again, but if I do, I know exactly where to come and whom to ask for."
