Jennifer and Jon Dawson were absolutely fantastic. I was in a difficult situation with a pay out of pocket situation. They were so kind and understanding. Quick service. I appreciated that the crew cleaned up/vacuumed before returning the car. Two issues worth noting: payment system was glitchy on day of pick-up, front office staff were chatty, like disruptively so, when I dropped off. But neither issue will keep us from using you guys again or recommending to others. Thanks for getting us back on the road again so quickly.

I appreciate the efforts of the staff throughout the repair process; however, I am disappointed with the quality of the finished repairs. After taking delivery of my vehicle, I observed several areas where the finish does not appear to match the original factory quality. The repaired areas have visible imperfections, including an uneven paint texture that appears different from the surrounding panels. There are also areas that appear to have overspray, residue, or an unfinished surface that may not have been properly polished or buffed. My expectation was that the vehicle would be returned in a condition where the repairs were essentially undetectable. Instead, the repaired areas are noticeable and do not meet the level of workmanship I expected. Because of these issues, I cannot say that I am satisfied with the quality of the repairs. I would appreciate the opportunity for Gerber to inspect these concerns and correct them so the vehicle is restored to the condition it was in before the accident. I am photographing the areas.
