"Yes, I'm extremely impressed with the work Gerber has done on my vehicle. This is the first time I've used a collision repair company over my car's manufacturer for extensive damage since I purchased my vehicle 6 years ago. I am highly impressed at Gerber's precision and expertise! They said my car would be completed on October 16th and despite all the challenges Hurricane Isaias brought to the Pensacola region on October 9th; Gerber was still continuing to keep me updated on my vehicle's progress and they never had to reschedule the completion date they gave me when I first turned my car over to them to begin their work. I actually picked my car up on October 16th as they said! Gerber even returned my rental car back in for me when I picked up my car from them, which was a complete relief off of my shoulders.🙏 The whole staff at Gerber is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, a"

"I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Caliber Collision, especially the outstanding service provided by Brad! From start to finish, I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism, communication, and customer care. Brad went above and beyond to keep me consistently informed throughout the entire repair process. I never had to wonder about the status of my vehicle, which made the entire experience completely stress-free. To top it all off, my vehicle was ready a full day earlier than originally estimated! It’s refreshing to experience this level of customer service, especially during a situation that can already be stressful. Caliber and Brad truly set the standard for professionalism and exceptional customer care. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and would highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing vehicle repairs. Thank you for making"

"I was given an estimate for the damage to my car and a timeline to do the work. Both were accepted by me and Bob Tyler Toyota and Phill did what they promised. I accepted the final product and paid them. Both parties are satisfied. The new paint looks factory, who could ask for more?"

"I am a senior citizen who has never had an accident in the 57 years that I have been driving. So I was quite overwhelmed by the process. Your office staff was very thorough and understanding , and the work was done and an exceptional level and in a very timely manner. I particularly want to commend Mandy for her personal concern for the work that was being done on my car, but also concern for me. She made the experience as pain-free as possible but also as reassuring and pleasant. I hope not to need the services again, but if I do, I know exactly where to come and whom to ask for."
