Floyd is a phenomenal mechanic! He made the entire process smooth and seamless. I simply handed him the car, and he took care of everything—from the repairs and brake service to the tire rotation and even coordinating with the insurance company. He’s definitely the GOAT!

The timing to pick up and the communication was unfortunate. The rest of my experience was good. It did cost me an extra $90 because of the timing and communication. I would have done things differently had I known when it would actually be done.
