Just a misfortunate misrepresentation of availability. I only went out of my way to this shop because I was told my car could get dropped off the 5th over the phone. I was not informed that the 5th wasn’t actually available until I had already signed the consent to work paperwork. I would have preferred honesty over the phone.

My only issue is that my battery died two days after picking up my car. Not sure if it’s related, but seems like quite a coincidence if not. Overall I was happy with the service!
